This was a great game! Very easy and fun!
The graphics fit the game perfectly, the creativity was nice, and the gameplay was simplistic yet hooking. My gameplay was very peaceful, I got all the necessary bugs (I didn't get ALL the creatures, I wasn't planning too, but maybe sometime), and I had fun planning and picturing. And even the enemies (those vaccum flies) were very cute and I liked them.
I do have some issues though:
Firstly, the graphics kinda warbled around? I don't know if it's intentional, but sometimes some polygons look bigger than others and the textures don't line up at certain angles. It did create an interesting look though.
Secondly, a lack of a tutorial confused me. It was clear to take creatures and dump them into the pipe, but when I first played, I didn't know it was mandatory to get upgrades (Like the jump boost that you needed to get the flying creatures). If it was communicated on what the player needs, I think the first-time experience would have gone on much more smoothly.
Finally, I think the game lacked replayability. Being thrown into the same environment with the same requirements got boring over time. If a different gameplay lead to a different environment every time, with new creatures or different needs, I think it would've spiced the game a lot more and made it more refreshing to replay it.
Overall, I loved the game despite some confusion, and I think you did a very great job for a game made in such a short time. I would like some updates though!
This is an awesome game.
The voice-acting feels very realistic and appropriate to the situation, I don't know much about 90s game aesthetics so I can't say much about the graphics except it feels very horror-like.
The Hastovenator's... a bit smaller than I expected lol.
The lore feels very original and not just "scary-skibidi-saurus rex eats everyone and you're next." (It's a bit like that but trust me, it feels very unique imo.)
I've downloaded Fresh Catch and hope to try it out later!

Okay, gonna do one of them challengy things:
1. Mineral/ore dragons! Make a dragon based off a common element or metal (not gemstone or crystal dragons! That's very different.)
2. Guardian dragons! Make a dragon that's meant to protect peopl! Like an iron golem dragon or sm.
3. Non-traditional elements! Make a dragon based off a non-traditional element (like glass, fungus, electricity, or ink), break that old mold of hot, cold, earth, and sky!
4. Make a dragon based off your favorite food or drink. (A hot dog dragon perhaps?)
5. Make a dragon based off your favorite aesthetic. (Streetwear, techwear, gothcore, goblincore, etc.)
6. Make a dragon that’s the opposite of your usual preferences. If you love cute things, make a terrifying one. Prefer dark dragons? Try a cheerful pastel one! Stuff like that!
7. Make a dragon based off your favorite animal! (Already saw some people do that!)
8. Make a dragon based off TWO of your favorite animals! (Like a hybrid animal with the dragony stuff.)
9. Make a dragon based off your favorite video game. To make it simple, take your favorite game and see for a dragon character in it. (Minecraft? Make an Ender Dragon. Monster Hunter? Make a Rathalos. Pokemon? Make a Noivern.)
10. Don't make a dragon! Make a DINOSAUR instead! (If you try enough, it's SUPER easy to make a dinosaur-ish creature with the traits in the game.)
