how to get desire from nala? im at the quest un the start where it ask me to get 60 affinity and 30 desire from nala but i cant get any

i have multiple question, furst one, where the fuck is jina's room!?? i want to upgrade katie to level 8 but it ask me to go to jina's room to give the books, its not in our house, not in angelica's house, i've upgraded teresa to level 5 and its not in teresa's house so is it in hospital or temple and how do we get it? 

second question is how to get mignight blue exotics and cramberries? pls...

so... how do i talk to astra??? im at the very start of the mysterious elf quest but i do not know how to talk to astra to actually complete the quest so id like some help pls
