The Compendium will be available in the full game, with its future release! 💜 You can't access it during the demo but it'll be available in future free updates and in the full (paid) game!

Our Mac Instructions file (or the window that pops up after your download) should give you other alternatives if this doesn't work, like downloading the game through the itch app. Please do let me know if this works! If not, don't hesitate to contact us!

It should absolutely work on Mac! I'd recommend downloading the Itchio app on your Mac and then download the game through the Itchio app so it can launch the game directly, or try our Steam version. If you'd rather not (completely fine!), you should be able to access and launch the game using terminal.

If that's not working, I found this command that may be helpful (as I know next to nothing to how mac's terminal works)

"Open Terminal, write the following command:

chmod u+x 

(make sure there's a space after x)

then drag the "Lost in Limbo demo" file and drop it onto the Terminal window, then press Enter. The file's icon should change. Then try opening the game again."

Ack, we are so sorry to hear that.  I'll contact our MAC testers to see if they can do a quick run of this, but if you have time, if you could please send us an email at gamesravenstar@gmail.com with your MAC's specifications, and any screenshots of what is happening (nothing happening seems to be the problem, but just in case there's any message anywhere) we'd be super grateful. In the meantime, I'd reccommend trying the Steam version if you want to, as Steam fortunately doesn't have any problem with MAC versions of the game. 

Sadly this is a frequent problem with Apple and itch.io, it seems ;_;! I'll update you all as soon as we find a solution!

I can't tell you how much your comment means to us. You have been there since the beginning cheering us on, and knowing you are having fun and are happy with the demo so far is just...It has made all the work worth it.
