i may or may not have closed the game on my first attempt with over 20 minutes on the clock while trying to find a pause button, though

jammin’ music and adorable graphics. toplie is super fun to control and she zips around the screen like a cat after three monster cans. not a great match to my tortoise reflexes but that’s my skill issue. i managed to complete it on chill mode, cool celeste clone overall

The aesthetics are super cute without being saccharine and the gameplay is genuinely fun and fluid. I’d say the only thing that’s missing that’s necessary for a full release is content: many, many more waves with no repetition.

For an early access, for me, it’s a solid 10/10.

One more thing: I love the pure purring on the title screen! It genuinely warms my heart :)
