I went into the debug menu and I see the options for 'Set Flags' 'Unset Flags' and 'List Flags' etc, and I was wondering what exactly they do?

Just curious as to a small issue about the 0.08 update, when I look at the main menu the bottom right corner says 0.07c, should it say 0.08/0.08a or is it a problem on my end? The other is a lack of music and sounds. I'm thinking I should uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it works but I feel like I needed to ask just in case.
