I just encountered a bug. Whenever you drag a second icon over the same character that already has a queue active, it replaces in the next loop and then breaks the polos. Though... It could be pretty cool if you made it so that the first queued icon queues first and the next icon queues in the next loop.

It's pretty laggy, but at least it's playable.

Could you try to add 9 polo slots instead of 7? and maybe add a version with a smooth loop timer and volume sliders in the mute controls in a different file type?
