The downloadable version wasn't updated to 1.0.1, though at least it opens unlike the first time I tried. The browser version sends me to the void when I try to select my gender.

I tried out the hotfix, and unfortunately I'm still having trouble with the quest. On my existing save file, I was still stuck waiting for Arthur to process the samples. I started a new one in case my file was just broken, and after progressing, I ran into the same issue. Oddly, when I initially turned in the samples, the quest log marked the processing and the conversation with Fern done, then reverted once I actually talked to her.
I also have nitpicks unrelated to the quest, it seems odd that sexual victories don't reduce your lust, and I remember there being a sex victory scene with the adult slimes, but I can't get it to trigger anymore.
I also ran into some bugs with that quest, I have a new save, and when I asked about healing magic vs potions, Fern brought up an encounter with something in the forest before I'd left the village, and afterwards, Arthur was busy with samples I'd never brought him. On day 3, he finished processing the samples, and told me to look in the deep forest, but nothing popped up in my quest book, and I can't go to the deep forest.
Edit: Once I reached level 2, I did actually get to the deep forest, and the quest seems to have started properly. Unrelated to that, I have some thoughts on the stats. Appearance says it increases merchant discounts, but it doesn't do that. Your most recent devlog says that attacks and teases use the same aim stat, so what does Charm do? It feels really weird to have Perception and Observation as 2 different stats, since the names imply that they're basically the same thing, Luck would probably be a better name for what Observation does.
Enjoying it so far, though there were enough typos that you should probably double check everything. This is probably the most infuriating one, what is the 4th type??
Also, in the scene where you first arrive at the town, the background voices are controlled by music volume, while the music is controlled by sound volume.
Part of the reason I like manual saves is so I know when the most recent save was and don't have to worry about losing progress, but I can see how it could cause problems depending on how things are set up. Perhaps there could be an indicator when the game is autosaving, and/or an indicator saying when the most recent save was.
I unlocked the bridge to the right of the brothel and closed my game soon after visiting the brothel. When I returned, I was standing in the middle of the water, with no bridge, unable to move. I'm guessing that was caused by the game autosaving at an inopportune time, and not saving the unlocked status of the bridge. The next update should probably include the ability to manually save, and possibly the ability to forcibly respawn in case a player gets stuck like I have.
Really enjoyed the demo so far, though I haven't gone through everything yet, and there were some minor mistakes and bugs I encountered. The sex options for the bar characters don't have eggplants marking them. In the shower, the encounter with the meercat and warthog, one of the sex options requires sexperience even though there isn't a way to increase that stat. I suspect the bull shower encounter might be bugged, since one of the options requires you to be highly assertive, but 69 assertiveness isn't enough. There's also some bugs with the minigames, for the drink minigame, right clicking ends it, but that doesn't work for the other minigames, not sure which is the intended behavior but it should probably be consistent between minigames. For the talking minigame, a character's satisfaction isn't reset when you load a save, only when you open the game.
Just beat the game, and I liked it overall, though many of the fetishes weren't really for me, and there are some features I wish were in the game. First and foremost, I wish the sex scenes triggered through dialogue options had content tags saying what fetishes they include. While it can be guessed most of the time, I'd rather be certain since I really don't enjoy one of the fetishes involved. I also wish there was some indicator when Arakk has an idea for punishment training. While playing, I was wishing for a proper hint system, but with the walkthrough now available, that's good enough for me. It would be nice if you could change the volume by smaller increments, and I wish there was a setting to permanently highlight interactables, though I guess that would only really work if the highlight was an outline or some other unobtrusive indicator rather than the cluster of diamonds currently used.
For some more disjointed thoughts, I'm surprised that there wasn't a scene for the beast man in the tavern. I don't understand the spit fetish, I mean I can kinda get it as a form of degradation and submission, but it was prevalent enough to feel like there's more than just those aspects, and I'm just baffled by it. There are plenty of fetishes I don't understand, this was just the first time I've encountered a spit fetish. I feel like the main page should probably emphasize more how much spit and foot stuff is in the game, it mentions it, but in my opinion understates its prevalence. With all of that said, good job on the game, and I wish you luck in your future endeavors.
I like it overall, though there were some bugs. There were several blank dialogue bubbles, mainly in the later weeks. All of the inventory items are single use, even if they didn't do anything when you tried to use them. I'm not certain if that's a bug, but point and click games generally don't have you waste items if they can't be used in a situation, and some of the items don't make any sense as consumables, such as the keycard.
Final disjointed thoughts for now, it would be nice if there was an option to skip the prologue. In the room with the tied up man, there's a door that suggests more strength could open it, but even with editing the save file to increase my strength it doesn't work, is that a bug, intentionally misleading, or just unfinished content? If I manually explore the shelter, it loads a map, but pressing the movement keys does nothing.
An interesting start, though the map for the dungeon exploration sections needs some work. At a minimum players should be able to distinguish between tiles you can walk on and tiles you can't, and I'd prefer if when you find a tile that you can interact with, it's marked so you can easily find it again.
Like what I see here so far, though it's a bit rough around the edges. There were 2 bugs I encountered, first if you save before moving at all, then load that save, it causes a few exceptions. Second, when you lose to the kobolds, it triggers the slime defeat scene. I was trying to find the 3rd gallery scene, and I didn't see any enemies other than the slimes, tentacles, and kobolds, so I assume the one I'm missing is the bugged kobold scene.
While playing there were also some aspects that simply felt bad. Firstly, it feels like there are too many fights, it's somewhat frustrating to explore the map while being interrupted nearly every move. Secondly, I wish you could bulk use consumables, clicking through the menus for 10 hp or mana each time with the salves is a really tedious way to recover between battles.
Overall, despite the criticism, I am excited to see where this goes.
I've enjoyed the game for the most part, but I seem to be stuck. I've just beat the worm boss, and in the area that follows there's a very big room with a lot of exits, but none of them work for me, including the one I entered through. And when I tried other paths before that room I can't find a way to continue with the abilities I have.
For anyone curious like I was, the binary on the name select screen translates to "Obrigado por jogar, ns te amamos", I'm guessing the broken character is supposed to be an o, in which case it would translate to "Thanks for playing, we love you" in English. Also, the qr code on the same screen links to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
Not off to a bad start, I'm looking forward to more. Since you said to mention spelling errors, there were a few.
Itch page - costumize should be customize
prologue - theive should be thief
frozen in fear - strenght/strength, togheter/together, lenght/length
fight back as muscular character - strenght should be strength
This was an interesting read, though I noticed some bugs with the star chart. Potential spoilers below.
For Yukine, one of the points says to ask Yukine if he dislikes life, but asking if he had been happy is what actually gave me the devotion point, and his final devotion point is awarded at the appropriate point but not crossed off in the star chart. For Wolfy, the points to speak with him in the train car, defend him, and to save the woman were awarded but not crossed off, and the final point doesn't seem to be awarded at all, it would be a 7th point but the other section of the star chart says he can only have 6.
Finally, a question not a bug, were the milestone scenes mentioned in the patch notes simply the scenes after you called someone from the roof, or was there something I missed?
