Great interpretation on the theme and fantastic implementation. I got a bit lost on the final level (Got the keys, but lost the exit door haha) so maybe some way to intuit the path, as other have pointed out, would be good (Although I believe it's hard to do so without completely holding the player's hands). Anyway, this didn't take any enjoyment from my experience. One of my favorites of this jam so far!

Thank you for the feedback! I agree with you. I believe I've worked on it for so much time that i "got used" to the cursor and coming back to it a few days after, it really feels hard to see. (The tesla projectiles are kinda hard for me to see now as well haha). I'll polish this for a later version, just won't publish the changes for the gamejam (Not a gamebreaking bug, I don't think it's fair to "improve" the game now)

Loved the CRT distortion effect! Gave it a lot of charm and personality. I also like how intuitive it is. You can jump in with minimal instructions and it works well, as the plants are easy to differentiate and learn. I also really like how polished it feels. Even if a small game, the menus, options and everything is really well "packed" together, if it makes sense

hilarious concept! Great take on the theme

Thank you for pointing it out, and for the feedback on the weapons! I made the basic mistake of just checking the windows version before going to sleep because I was really tired. Just fixed it, in case you want to give it another try :) The web version is not giving me sound, though, which I'm looking into right now, but all the waves can be cleared!

Hey! Played both the web and the downloadable version. Both versions ran pretty smoothly in my machine. Idk if specs help you, but for reference I'm running on a gtx 1080 and a 2017 I7 processor.

Love the whole aesthetic and the controls are nice! Great job!
