PC, can you tell me where the save location or how i can get the save to upload and really thank you very much

i have been making manual saves often (bad experience before not with this game but  just incase) but the thing with the mission is also confusing to me as when i trigger the delivery nothing changes except for consuming the 30 chocolate bar (and something else tho i haven't read what and it doesn't appear in the requirements ) and debilitating 1 random character of the team. I have tried doing 2 delivery as to keep track of time and even tho the normal delivery completes the mission one doesn't and i can't even recall it as it doesn't even activate it stays the same

Hey so im currently stuck on the "on the snow trail" delivering as when i try to do it, it doesn't send the party and doesn't start but it does kinda softlock 1 character i sent until i restart the app. Help would be appreciate
