The plan is to release it on the Unity asset store as a paid asset, though I intend to keep it very affordable.

I’m sorry, but I really won’t release an early version. Here is a good tutorial for a similar walk style, if you want to follow it: https://medium.com/@merxon22/recreating-rain-worlds-2d-procedural-animation-part...
I can also assist you if you have any doubts, but apart from that, I can only wish you luck with your project.
Hi! I'm really sorry but I really can't share the project just yet. If everything goes right, I should have a public version in 2 or 3 months like Techyy said below (maybe even sooner), but if you really can't wait I'd gladly help you in any way if you want to recreate it. Again I'm sorry I can't share it sooner, but I really don't want to release an unfinished product even if it's just for one person.
Hi! Sorry for the late response. Currently Im making this as an asset for a game template / framework so Im almost finished, just need to improve the code (and add some minor features along the way). I dont really have an ETA since it depends on the free time I get during the day, but Im hoping it wont take much longer for the first version, maybe 2 or 3 months.
I was going to release a video showcasing the new weapons and playing a bit on the demo but I guess you found out early xd. The movement (running and jumping) still isnt perfect but I wanted to share anyway. Thank you so much for your support, man Ill definitely gift you a free key when this is out!
Hi! I have never used Godot, but in Unity, after you import the sprite sheet, you need to change it from "Single" to "Multiple." This allows you to select each sprite individually.
It's also a good idea to change it to "Point no filter" and disable compression since this is pixel art.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
