Yeah unfortunately this game does seem to be abandoned. In February of 2020 he posted a patreon post titled "I'm sorry but the coming update might be the last one."
Not sure if the patrons even got that "coming update", but it doesn't seem like it. Unfortunate, since this was a pretty well done RPGM game.
