Would be funny if it was just Yuna being annoyed by dried stains (in which case an adequate event would be nice), but you can raise her suspicion up to 100 by leaving a mess behind a night session and not waking her up despite being at 100 relationship, blocking you off from giving her items or eating with her until it goes back down, and I'm pretty sure that's kind of against the design during that stage of gameplay.
