How do I add powder and points? I remember in older versions around like 695 was where I modded one thing and another i dont quite remember. The code is seemingly longer now, so the line of code where I'd change is gone. Anyone knows where do I give myself powder and points?

I absolutely love the game but im a little confused half the time, i played atleast 30% and its really fucking my mind(add plz mind fuc) that only around 4 planets are accessible at a time, then changes, half the time im confused on what to do just to realise im waitinf for rng to show me event for story, then after completing them im bummed on when can i play the next planets, since i kinda zoom though these games as much as i enjoy them, how often does accessible planets change?

I love the game, awsome, but im so lost XD ,there seems to be so many stuff to do but i cant figure anything out, does anyone have tips for me or breif me on what to do or how to do stuff other than blindly try to stop a war but failing as i get "shoot"ed away?
