It was... many late nights LOL. I built a pretty solid scheduling system that luckily automated a lot for me. And I'm glad you discovered the benches! They're not obvious and not everyone thought to try interacting with them LOL so I put a tip in the description to USE THE BENCHES! Thanks for playing.

So happy to hear it made you feel that way! Definitely what I was going for! Thanks for playing.

Simple Tom is the GOAT fr fr

To be totally honest I didn't even realize the connection with Clocktower and Clocktown! That was definitely subconscious lol. Most of the other elements were intentionally inspired by Majora's Mask though. Thanks for playing and I'm glad you liked it!

Only 3 rounds is impressive! I'm happy you liked the dialogue :) so much of it is soooo goofy LOL. Kudos to Mack for the amazing pixel art!! Thanks so much for playing.

Fun game! I beat it on my second try after learning the mechanics. I like the puzzle elements. Reminds me a bit of Zelda puzzles where you have objects that you have to arrange in a particular state and there are clues left around the level. Some sound design / animations to help indicate when a particular puzzle is in the solve state would be helpful for confirming that the solution is correct. I love being able to float also lol. Good job!

Thanks for playing! I agree with everyone saying 1 is a funny key for running. I don't know why I mapped Run to 1 but that's just what my brain decided on day 1 of development and I forgot about it afterwards ... oh well lol.

Thank you so much! Yeah, pretty obviously inspired by Majora's Mask if it's not already obvious by my pfp LOL.

Yes, programming the NPC schedules was pretty complicated and involved but I got it all working with minimizing bugs that ruin the gameplay, so I was proud of that. I'm glad you enjoyed some of the quests and dialogue!

Thanks for playing and for the comment!

Wonderful puzzle game. Super intuitive to play and great UX. The sound design, art (especially the shaders / effects), and the level design are all stand out parts of this. Some of those levels were super tricky but I beat all 15!

Great game, kudos!

How am I the first person to comment on this?? This is one of my favorite games I've played so far from the jam. I played for a good 30+ min and really enjoyed the gameplay loop and found it a bit addicting. Great game juice with the screen vibration and explosion animations. Reminds me of Minecraft to a degree with searching for ores.

I'm not sure what this category of game is called where you have a survival run and then get to upgrade your stuff for future runs - but I really enjoy the genre. For just 4 days this game is super impressive! Kudos and well done!

I'm a composer and if you want assistance with music and sound design for a future jam feel free to reach out!

I love a ghosty game! this reminds me a bit of my game in some ways. Well done!

Happy to hear you got to the end! You can interact with benches to fall asleep until midnight and reset.

Very cool, reminds me of the popular flash game "This Is Not A Game." I love the meta-ness of this game lol

I love the name bloop. Very cute. The crabs bumrushed me and I died so fast. I really like the cute pixel art!

Very neat concept. I like the level design and narrative being encouraging of dying. It makes the platforming less stressful and lowers the stakes a bit which is fun.

Very creative idea - I love the puzzle thinking needed to try to get the number to 0. I was a little confused at first about the rules / mechanics but figured it out. The crazy twitching guy and really fast background were also a bit trippy and made it hard to focus on the puzzle aspect. Overall though, fun game!

Neat idea, I like the take on Countdown with the fuse burning away. The sound design on this is quite good.

I didn't think that 2026 Game of the Year would come from this game jam, but here we are.

Creative idea. I love nuclear energy as a game concept. Some feedback I'd have:

I'm not sure why but in the web build at least there's a lot of lag.

Gameplay got a bit slow after a while but my favorite powerup thing was the ability to split the core in two.

Great game!

Very funny game. Loved playing this LOL. SUPER creative idea

Fun game. I always love puzzle games like this. Reminds me of many great Flash games from many years ago, on Addicting Games or Cool Math Games.

Thank you for your feedback!! All of these are great points and I agree with everything. I ran out of time at the end to polish some of these items lol

Really incredible! Love the visuals, creative take on implementing boxes, having multiple abilities (punch vs music shockwave thingy), the gameplay was responsive, the music and sfx were excellent, and most importantly, the ability to BREAK IT DOWN!!! The joy of holding down F while I move to the exit was peak.

Super fun game, I ended up playing for quite a while. I couldn't figure out how to get points by dropping off boxes at the lower house, but the gameplay other than that was very fun.

The art is from LimeZu's texture pack! I also have it so I recognized it instantly!

Great concept - it's a bit difficult to get good at But awesome game. The music choices are excellent and a bit humorous as well.

great game! loved playing this. very simple but very fun. a lot like the old game asteroids. perhaps with more time you could implement powerups or other things? I went on for a long time and only died when the enemies crowded around and trapped me, holding me still until I died.

Cool visuals and music but I struggled to figure out the gameplay / what to do.

Yahoo! Congrats!

Thanks for playing!!

I agree, in retrospect the "1" bomb box is completely useless after the first 10 seconds of gameplay.

Thank you so much!! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. That means a lot since this was my first game jam ever.

Thanks! I agree it gets a little repetitive. With more time I would have implemented more things, collectables, interactables, abilities, to make the gameplay more full. thanks for playing!!

banger music !!!
