So, I've watched the live play, I've rifled through the rulebook, and I'm looking to see if I have a group I can spring the game on...

While I was doing that, though, I realized that, while the ideal player count for sessions is on the low side, there's nothing keeping you from running various races with different players, mixing and matching as needed, and tying the whole thing together as a regional racing league. Given a flexible enough GM, the bite-sized sessions and pre-existing structure seems like it could handle a lot of scheduling issues. And scheduling issues are the number one killer of campaigns, in my experience at least.

That said, I don't have a ton of experience with that, given collaborative games of stuff like Dwarf Fortress or Rimworld have been more my speed. Am I off the mark? Or was it the plan all along, and I just haven't been paying attention?
