Not really, they pretty much combines several other mods into one.

Rainy’s Mod Review:
This is an amazing Gacha Mod, I love it! My only question, there are several mouth options where the shadows were removed. It’s a little… not sure how to describe it… off putting? I mean I can put up with it, it’s just a bit distracting, maybe its just because I’ve used the previous versions for so long it just looks weird to me. Other wise, it’s amazing, combines several of my favorite mods, and overall it just great! Did remove one of my favorite shirt options, but did give us a replacement turtleneck option. Can’t wait to use this mod in future YouTube videos!
So the mod is quite glitchy and laggy, but I've been able to work with it so far. There are times when I'll go into objects and a few of the custom items will be glitched and invisable, when this happens I just choose a different option and go back to the glitched object which would then be back to normal. I use the PC version and have several other Gacha Mods on my computer, but never have any others open. Not sure it's even possible to have more than one open at one time. Overall I really like this mod, I'm using it to create my Gravity Falls fan series and had worked out thus far.
My final note:
There are some clothing options that make little to no sense to me, these options I find almost unusable.
