If you really want to then you might use MTVJ and map it to xbox360 controller using x360ce. That might work, but I'm not sure

I used it with assetto corsa, so I think it might be doable, but I never tried, so don't take my word for that

I don't have a clue, never tried to use it in Forza, probably there is a problem with Forza accepting only XInput while my app uses normal DirectInput Joystick

That's a problem with resolution, I don't think I will make changes to the app, maybe I will rewrite it someday, because I don't use it as often anymore
