So, I'm not sure if you got into any trouble that ended in you and the other author <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW265944871 BCX0" <deleting<="" span="">deleting the other IF or if you just got stressed out from all the hate comments. I’m not usually one to comment since I like to maintain a neutral viewpoint for every argument. But let me get this straight-</span>

Main comments (I remember) on other IF:

-Plagiarizing the percy jackson book plus this is not fanfiction if you used wording in the exact format as Riordan. (Insert pic as proof that it was indeed a PJO fanfiction)

-This twine isn’t good wording it’s terrible and you were sooo lazy with the writing (Response: No, it's because they copied off Rick riordan) Oh yeah! Th<span class="NormalTextRun SCXW139904204 BCX0" <th<="" span="">at’s why we're all upset, thanks.</span>

-You’re making money off this with Kofi donations! This is a disgrace to PJO and I'm a long-term fan

My POV:

-Yeah, plagiarism is disrespectful but it’s a fanfiction and they're<span class="NormalTextRun SCXW11207198 BCX0" <they’re<="" span=""> using the main plot possibly to build on to that for their own story inspired off of PJO</span>

-Everyone is saying it was lazy writing when the only times you used the writing from riordan was when it was necessary for plot building, from what I remember of the IF you didn’t just copy and paste you wrote your own story then added some sentences from PJO and even shortened them for your fanfiction.

-<span class="NormalTextRun SCXW199381555 BCX0" <there’s<="" span="">There's also a lot more work than all the angry mob is giving you guys credit for, and I understand that writing is difficult. They probably don’t understand since the hardest thing<span class="NormalTextRun SCXW199381555 BCX0" <they’ve<="" span=""> they've </span>accomplished was how to join a twitter mob.</span> I seriously cringed yesterday reading their comments

-The DEFINITION of plagiarism is "The practise of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own.” Most commenters suggested you re-write the sentences used from PJO, but that’s actual plagiarism pretending that it was your og writing and idea, then just taking inspiration from the book. It was clearly fanfiction meant to show admiration towards Riordan’s writing and PJO. It was even labelled as “the lightning thief” so it was 100% not you taking riordan’s work and passing it off as your own.

-You authors weren’t making money off it and I'm not a legal expert, but it had at least 2-3 paragraphs from the book and since it’s a twine you could never guess what the canon PJO was if you’ve never read it. And no, donations absolutely do not count since it wasn’t pay to read.

-Later on, the plot might’ve changed too and would have even less of Riordan's writings since it was your own story that was a fanfiction off of PJO's problem and setting.

-People were not just “calling you out” they were harassing you authors for social points when the message that it was plagiarized was delivered multiple times.

-I don’t get why everyone was discouraging PJO fanfiction since they claimed they were such fans. “You don’t have to put one person down to praise another”; which was exactly what they were doing. But I've seen my share of most of the PJO fandom and they harass anyone in the name of Riordan, (the only time it was acceptable was probably the first two movies since Riordan said it wasn't what he wanted).

-<span class="NormalTextRun SCXW252342659 BCX0" <this="" upsets<="" span="">This upsets me because it reminds me of the angry twitter mob calling out people for taking inspiration from other cultures (often the victim's own) for their non-</span>american accessories and clothing. It’s similar because they harassed the victims who were not culture-appropriating. They were not acting disrespectfully with the clothes. And that mob was acting as if they were part of that culture, which most people from part of that culture were alright with random people respecting and showing admiration with their clothing and culture. As I believe what you were showing with riordan’s writing. But only riordan can say whether or not he found your IF disrespectful.

-In my opinion it was better to just use Riordan's writings instead of re-writing it. Since that would be diminishing riordan’s writings and actually plagiarizing since you’re claiming it as your own. (since im petty I hoped you’d add the book pages to each of riordan’s writings because it would’ve become obvious that those few sentences were not major plot points of canon PJO and the amount of writing you added yourselves would’ve been clear, but I'm not a legal expert so it might’ve gotten you in trouble.)

I'm also sorry for whatever happened but I understand that you deleted it, I hope you just decided to do what was best for you and the other author and not just respond out of fear of the PJO fandom. I hoped you did whatever was best to bring you peace of mind and not just to satisfy the miserable gremlins of the internet. I also like your and riordan's writings so it was pretty easy to find multiple viewpoints from both sides, which were a bit biased tbh. Not sure if you plan on further addressing the missing IF and sorry if I brought it up I didn't know how else to contact you.

I think they already added cats getting taken by two-legs, they fall for some trap on border patrol and get taken away by two-legs. Also cats can get run over by monsters when crossing the thunderpath while theyre on hunt patrol.

If you're on windows then just download the game then open it in files. Open the file again and you'll see a lot of files or images, then scroll down until you reach the "clangen.exe" double click it then extract the file. Your computer might flag it as unsafe but thats because it isnt officially a real game. Then you open the new extracted file , open up clangen again then it'll play.
