Completing a custom night on any difficulty has its own ending screen, there's no specific easter eggs for specific numbers but completing 4/20 mode should net you a third star on the main menu. I can't guarantee that, as I haven't had super dedicated bugtesting for it and people reported issues after I released it, but I did make an effort to fix them at one point and I have my fingers crossed that they work correctly for everyone on the latest version.
