This is really cool, I hadn't seen anyone do this for OHGJ till recently and it's a great idea to use a map editor to make your own experience.
I used to have a blast days on end in starcraft's.

Hey Shredmer, not sure what is going on or how you are getting that error but...
I was also trying to get this working in HTML5, which I figured it was possible because of the live demo online.

I hit the issue that whenever I connect to the gm-live server it seems to break inside the extension code:

The game doesn't want to run or show anything when started while the server is running, but if you open the debug tools before starting the server when it all stops this is what I get.

Any ideas?

Really tough, had to try it a few times before I got the hang of it, and it's really easy to run out of money. The pitfall will throw an error sometime

Just set the extension and splash image in HTML5 Game Options.
Makes any HTML5 game look more polished.

Our monolithic repo is made of all our gms2 projects, server code and more.
So it doesn't find the .yy files. When it does it just finds the first one it looks like.
Haven't had a moment to really dig into it yet.
I'll have to refresh my bash skills to loop through all the subdirs and make it do it to all of them soon enough. ๐Ÿ‘

I bet this would be fun for game shop employees or (quietly) at a library.
But you should add a game mode or round that is about the user score!

Many Games at 91% yet with a hardly passable 6.7 user score.

Bonus points if you can find the game i'm trashing ;)

Awesome. I'm looking forward to having this in my back pocket for the next #gittogether where it's nothing but conflicts and when we have conflicts at our studio, which is almost every week I feel. Thank you!

I'm not sure if this will get in the way of development on my mac, or if it will run without issue... I'll have to find out next time I'm on my mac.

We use a monolithic repo, so I'll have to rewrite the pre-commit to get it working in our main workflow, but this is great.

I like the TRON elements, needs another light cycle tho, and I could feel the Gauntlet-ness of the mobs map and movement. Yum yum yum, food off the floor!

Pico-8 was a blast, this was my first time using it and dang it's cool.

I  plan on updating with some sounds!
Just gotta... figure that part of Pico-8 now and it isn't code. :P

I've always wanted to do Mini Jam, but I keep missing it, so when I promised myself not to miss PicoWare--- I thought  "Why not both?"  ๐Ÿ’ญ

The extra theme / constraint from Mini Jam really helped me get started.
I just learned sprite stacking and did some of that for OneHourGameJam so I took what I learned into Pico-8!
