I have a question any of you guys might be able to answer. I've tried to start the game at least 3 times now and always ended up deleting it after playing maybe an hour or so, but then someone mentions it again so I decided to give it another try...
But yea, so the main problem I have is the MC. I mean... Do people actually find him relateable in some level? I don't like being the hater type but the MC is the prime example of a beta Mr. Nice guy but at the same time he has magical powers that keep him fit and athletic by the power of low fat diet. But wait, there's more... The way he speaks to the girls is cringe beyond comprehension. "I only have my super sexy body and beautiful face but I have no power, buhuu! So why would she marry me?" I mean, he acts like a dork without any self awareness and somehow everyone loves him. Why, you might wonder? Because he is the Mr. nice guy of course. You know how girls always fall in love with the simps, the eternal dilemma, right? Once you go simp you never go back, was it? Sigh... What am I missing here? Ok, I got it out of my system now. Feel free to correct me if I have mispresented anything. Does the dialogue or MC personality get better later on?
PS. What's up with the forbidden love trope with a childhood friend? You know, when they are at the beach and she says "I know I can never be your girlfriend but I can't hide my feeling anymore" or something... Are they related? That's the exact scene I'm at right now, confused and frustrated, trying to figure out if this gets better. I mean, there's so many people playing this so there must be something I'm missing, right?
