As far as I know that's the only external difference, so you could even make both versions by removing the white power button on the back if that's simple enough.
The backside of this looks good but a 4+ does not have a power button on the front. That was one of the changes from the original 4. The power button for the 4+ is the white one seen on the right side of the 3rd image.
