Bridgette is never in the office. Sometimes she's at the bar and sometimes she's just gone and Mel and Sammy don't have their "where's Bridgette" option.
Her head for this scene appears in one of the key sorter scenes with red text in the corner reporting missing body poses. Don't have a screenshot, but hope that helps.
