Same, though not 3 years, just 1. I never managed to finish it last time because my save corrupted, I'm going to try and do one playthrough/ending per semester.

Can you crit on a spin slash?

The new upgrade for the AI: Quark Duplication also doesn't seem to do anything.  I have the upgrade, and 9.06e12 humans if I reset, but I then bought 6 million quark factories and still will only get 9.06e12 humans. I think something might just be going wrong with the Human calculation for all of these.

Regardless of any superhuman limit, the humans I am getting are not going up,  I am stuck at e11 humans, one upgrade of human potential should bring it up to e16, I think the upgrade was simply balanced to not be multiplicative,  but the upgrade says multiplicative. I'm not getting any boost at all to my human production, and it's disappointing to see after I spent so much Meta Knowledge since it's not easy to get.

The Meta human knowledge for humans, as well as assigning them to human discount doesn't seem to be working.  I assign all 8 of my Meta humans, but I don't get any more humans than I would have previously. The same is also true if I check my humans per ascension before and after getting the "Human Potential" upgrade. I think it might be additive rather than multiplicative like the description says.

Is there any way to increase my income per job or rate that I get them? I've increased my capacity but I'm not getting significantly bigger contracts, and my income is now stagnating, without increasing even incrementally. I feel like I'm missing something here. 

I have noticed a bug where when my prestige points would be 2.28e+118 for one prestige, it resets to 2.28e+18 and doesn't go back up. I am also unable to click on it to prestige once this bug occurs
