when is the next update

When is the next update

my mia quest is bugged i think keeps saying keep dating mia and when i interact with her for dialog it keeps saying nothing and does not give me the option to take her on a date . Is it a bug or do i keep waiting

There is a bug with the lockpicking . My locking picking is maxed at 3 and when I try and get lockpicking 4 i cant finish the puzzle as the one puzzle piece wont move and  when i try and move that piece it keeps telling me i have to do a course on the computer but all my other lockpicking courses is finished
