It looks like you have copied the entire mcp folder inside your project.
Instead, please copy the godot_mcp_bridge/ inside your res://addons/ folder.
You can find the godot_mcp_bridge/ inside Godot_mcp_1.0.0/plugin/addons/ folder.
You should have something that looks like this res://addons/godot_mcp_bridge/
Also after that, there are a few more steps, please follow the detailed guide provided in the Godot-MCP's page.
