I know I’m hella late to this game and to having questions about how to play it but I feel like I’m missing something with the heavy cream thing? I keep hitting purchase on it and she says it’ll be ready in three days, but then nothing happens after that?

just tried to download the game and there’s no .exe file. am I missing something?
