After i posted i found the security key (Its in the bottom right room on floor B3 between the seats on the right on the floor). And then almost immediately found that exit after i put this post up (funny how that happens).

Im struggling to figure out how to progress, I have turned on the power on B3 and have taken the elevator to the surface and looted everything i can but i cant leave the house because i need a key, i should also add i have not found the key to open what i assume is the armory downstairs.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.

They have Both, you can tell if someone has villain/furry by looking at them in gallery, it doesn't spoil besides telling you if someone has to be a villain such as MALO or only furry such as Emi.
