I had the same problem, I think some of the assets aren't downloading but it worked when I downloaded it instead of playing in the browser

Where did you get the art fro

I would say some improvements could be: 

1. Make a way to pause or stop from in the game

2. Make a tutorial

3. Show a warning of when the timer to pay rent is getting low

4. A leader board  and different game modes

But I really liked the game and it was fun.

I'm trying to make a unity game as well so do you have any advice?
