The more you progress in churhc quests/ catherine the more options to increase more loyalty will be there.
Although the cap will still remain until the 60 corruption mark , as it would only make sense to repent and reduce until you've not gone off the deep end.

Not all girls are corruption despite the purple hearts the corruption ones will throw themselves at you (example julie, eugene). while others despite having the corrupted heart will not. You have to figure out by their personalities on what to do. you can increase your loyalty at church (which is unlocked after lana's quest.)
As for girls like zoey or kimiko you must make them fall in love with you. (make the right choices basically) make sure to maintain multiple saves for this...
for zoey you have already watched tv with her so you can try doing it the next day. as for eugene you probably missed out on some affection earlier, you can try playing previous save for that.
Right now most gym quests aren't done so you can't , gym girls get interactable only once their stories have progressed. However npc characters like Clara and stuff exist in the game's map.
I would need to check your save to know which choices you missed having that dialogue. Also, please keep the game updated to the latest version if possible.
Well... Your Issue seems a bit different. It seems you have done Another quest, so it skipped the previous quest for Julie. If you can replay, then try replaying that quest and reply to her before new messages appear.
I did compress the game, although it's renpy that made the final build. Not sure which part the error occurred. Can you join discord because I would need more data on this.
