I was doing the audio... and doing the concept with Skarl... Skarltar did most of the actual work though lol. So i got to experience the exact friction moment you're talking about in level 2... i agree'd with you at first... but after see'ing a few people almost get lost and die there.. but make it just in time... i felt like... a little butt clench is a good thing haha... So i never included that in the fix notes... I can definitely see your point of view on it. Let's see what Skarltar says xD (Expects mockery).

The third level is definitely more of a challenge.... i died a few times on the first attempts. We tried to get people to playtest and balance it... and its also.. how hard did we want it to be? Perhaps for a gamejam.. the third level was too difficult...

Thanks so much for taking the time to play it and for the honest feedback!

all the best.

Thank you so much! I  will look forward to seeing it on your stream! I'm happy you enjoyed it.
Tips for level three... are... there are four lights with a corresponding 4 switches.... but they are located in different spots :) you can honestly cheese it a little once you know you have two correct. It is similar to the  switch puzzle in level 2... except its 4 switches instead of 3 :) The colours of the switches become seen once you have enabled either the red or green tower. Those four switches will take you to figuring out one of them... The other is... look for something out of place in the graveyard.... :) then its  just the puzzle room with the boxes. :)

Thank you so much! And for giving it a play! We had a lot of fun making it.

Thank you so much! We wanted it to really have a almost oppressive feeling of the fire running out and some panic kicking in.. and then vibes! haha

Itt was a sort of blend of a JRPG and my favourite gameplay loops in the Long Dark. The coloured pillars also restore the different parts of the soundtrack as well as the colours :)  Thanks a lot for trying it out!

Thanks a lot for giving it a shot! I'm glad the final level presented a challenge but you got there! It was supposed to be a bit of a boss level :)

We really wanted the bleakness and terror of travelling in the darkness trying to keep your torch alive as the main vibe of the game. I'm happy you enjoyed it, thanks for playing. We were loosely inspired by early zelda games and i recently went down a deep rabbit hole of playing "The Long Dark"

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Currently, you essentially have to activate each of the RGB colour pedestals for each level, then activate the final fourth pillar in the middle of the map to complete the level :) There are currently three levels. The game should prompt you to let you know that you have successfully restored light to the world :) Thanks for trying!

i was quite enjoying it. I did run into a problem though. Not sure if it is a bug or i was just missing something. But i had 4-5 trade routes made. But only 2 showed in my routes? so i was unable to edit the others. Otherwise, nicely polished and fun concept well done! :)

Enjoyed it.. Would like to be able to understand why some people were liking it and some just ran past.
as a non coder who is a musician/Guitarist. This was accurate to real life xD

Fun and simple. Cat mahjong xD the title picture reminded me of hamsterdance with nostalgia. Well done.

Very well done. Simple and fun! Sounds are good as well! :)

Thanks for giving it a shot.
We wanted it bleak and ominous so you'd really notice restoring colour and audio to the world! :)

Thanks for giving it a shot! Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for trying it out! That last area was supposed to be somewhat a "Boss" room. Glad you found it hard but doable honestly. That is exactly what i was hoping for! Well done Skarltar lol

Haha, i had a friend come round and beta test it on sunday...  watching him not read anything and walk in circles was.... worrying hahaha
Thanks for trying it, i'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks a lot for your words and taking the time to try it!

Thanks for taking the time to play it! :P
The "Devs" most likely need some sleep at this point lol

Thanks for playing :) We wanted it moody and atmospheric. I'd recently fallen down a huge long dark rabbit hole... xD i really loved the moments when everything seemed to be going wrong in the game... i wanted to hone in that moment as a gameplay loop.

our idea for connections was combining the RGB light spectrum in the world. Alongside doing the same with the music. Each pillar restores one of the three colours and one of the tracks in the soundtrack. Had alot of fun with it. It was my first foley project. I made all the music and sounds live in ableton! Was a fun week. Thanks for playing it!

Thanks for trying it out! was my first ever foley project as a musician with no coding skill.
Our connections was trying to make the RGB spectrum come back. but the soundtrack also builds with the colours. Was a fun project!

the main idea was having a bleak atmosphere that slowly was coloured in.
Glad you enjoyed the music. I'm a musician irl with no coding knowledge. My co-producer has been wanting me to do foley for years. so here i am. Thanks  to him for creating the entire platform for me to mess around on as a musician!

Thanks alot for giving it a try :)

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Trying to find a balance of that gameplay loop was one of the main challenges... i helped concenptually xD i just made the music. Skarltar made it all happen. All the music and sound effects were made fresh in ableton. i'd never done a foley project before and only a few soundtracks. I had alot of fun as a musician.

strange! I thought i tried that. i'll give it another shot to check!

I agree on it being a nice chilling game. The fade out deep below was eeriee. Especially combined with the wildlife shadows xD Not sure if i was misreading it, but the minimap alignment doesn't seem to fully line up with the players location underwater. But yeah really great job.

Good job! Fun lil running game game.

Really well done :) Short, but well executed concept!

Nice concept! I did just connect the four towers on the main level and that won it for me. I couldn't figure out how to disconnect or cut a wire. I can imagine if the idea expanded the tactics could become quite fun! good job!

I thought it was cool, and had a lot of potential to become fun. but i couldn't figure out how to aim my shots? the guys being tagged along behind me were aiming theres... But mine kept shooting North East. Either it was a bug or i'm a noob lol
