None of the Lls have official ages but on tumblr the creator has said that they depict them as:

Misaki - Early 20s

Ronin, Angel - Mid 20s

V - Late 20s

I would go with that but it’s really up to interpretation.

Might not be the scene they’re referring to as I don’t remember how it was worded exactly but if you ask a certain truth, he goes on talking about enjoying how the needles pierce his skin or something like that? Could be any sort of needle injection but it could be T.
