I haven't been able to get Rutherfords game over yet, neither of his scenes get me to lust 100 they always reset back to 0, any help

So I finally was able to progress the Nel story line, but when I go to hang out with him I get an error message and it just reverts back to him saying he's not worthy to hang out. Anyone have any advice

Is there any specific time requirement to get the Rose at the barn event? No matter how many times I visit it just doesn't seem to happen

I absolutely adore this game from what I’ve played, but one question I have is, is there an event list anywhere? Like how there will sometimes be two bandits that show up when you’re on the crossroads?
