so uh, yeah in my opinion it needs to be unfair, like in real life so you don't hit the jackpot of one stock crashing at 1 dollar then raising to 500 in the span of 2 days so often

idk when you unlock the interaction to help him with his work but if you help him like every ingame day or when you like to help him eventually you will improve the relationship with him
