Actually, what you just said reminded me of something. You could have the option for the husband to have rough sex, (oral, vaginal, anal, titfuck for example) scenes with the wife too. Oh and titfuck scenes should be available by default IMO, not just when the wife is tired after too many clients or similar stuff, more lactation content would be nice as well. Also, on the subject of when she's tired, having a full set of tired variant sex scenes, (oral, titfuck, vaginal and anal) would be nice too.

Well, here's something obvious, you only get to do anal with your wife once in this game. It would also also be nice to expand on the content with that noblewoman and her assistant. Say they come back with an offer for the protag and his wife to go into their service, the protag as a blacksmith and the wife as a whore.
Other stuff, variable outfits for the wife, both with her clients and with the protag. There should be lingerie/bodice versions of all the sex scenes in the game so far IMO. You could also have the wife work as an erotic dancer as well as a whore, Furthermore, along the lines of variable outfits, she could have nipple rings and clit rings linked by a chain, with a placard also linked to those piercings with the word whore written on it, maybe. This might be a bit much, but it would be a nice example of corruption. You could also have her get womb tattoo, body writing, stuff like that.
Furthermore, lesbian content, this kinda ties into the noblewoman and her maid stuff, they could have the wife service them while the protagonist does, or he could watch, maybe have a choice there? The wife could also have lesbian clients at the brothel.
That scene with the orc could stand to be expanded upon too, maybe somehow the protagonist finds the wife being fucked by the orc? Either at the brothel or at whatever camp or similar such place the orc lives in. The husband could watch, or he could join in. Hell, the wife could wind up servicing a whole tribe of orcs for money.
On a more vanilla note, you could also have more romantic scenes, (including sexual scenes, obviously) with the wife and the protagonist. You can guess what I mean here, really. Kissing, hand-holding, tender moments and consensual loving sex.

Alright so, I'll reiterate that I didn't have any crashes when I didn't use my old saves from the demo version and there were no bugs that I could detect aside from a couple related to the images, I think. However, I also have to reiterate that this is very barebones, and if you want it to be really successful you're going to have to flesh things out more.
I like what you got so far, though, the art is nice and the concept is good and this is an actual NTS game and not an NTR game, so that's good too. I wish you the best of luck with building on this game and I will say again that I don't regret the four dollars I spent on it.
I bought the game and I like the art, but the game itself is very barebones and needs more work and bug fixing, after a certain point I ran into an unavoidable crash in Renpy when playing this. Furthermore, the images for the wife with her clients weren't showing up a lot of the time when I selected the go with her option.
:Edit: Okay, after playing through it again without the saves I used for the demo I didn't encounter any of the bugs I did before, (other than one related to one of the images, I think) so false alarm on the bug front. That said this thing is still very barebones. If you want it to be good for something other than a quick fap you'll want to flesh it out much more. That said, I don't regret my purchase, mostly because of the art and the fact that you get to reclaim your wife whenever you feel like it when playing this game and there's no NTR either, which is good.
