okay got a new one failure to load level 5 keeps crashing the game

don't really know how I can take a pick of it not scrolling but ill take a pic of were it is stuck at and its on all the screens for options and yes it's the paid version

so im having issues in option menu on android its not allowing me to scroll
so I got the game and downloaded it for android and im getting a problem were I can't scroll at all in the options menu
