I see that you added the pages to the right explaining how the machines work, but the way they're placed makes it hard to read and easy to miss, and once you close one to read the one behind it, it's gone for good. Why not move them to the back instead of the side so you can see them all at once?
Maybe have the images on this page be examples of basic layouts for the players to copy and maybe figure out how they work, if that makes any sense.
I think you should be able to right click to get out of build mode, since you left clicked to get into it in the first place.
You cant properly see the current energy and energy per second while zoomed in because it's white on white.
Please increase the zoom speed, it took so long to zoom in using my mouses scroll wheel. Wait I figured it out you just have to zoom with the trackpad one time and the problem is solved.
And a personal gripe; why is the icon for the conveyer belt vertical?!
Ok, I found the video card, now how do I put it in to the PC?
There is no way to tell what the button presses in the store do so I spammed them all and when I went into the repaire room the boxes flew everywhere. Some even got stuck behind the order desk and I couldn't reach them. Remove the control button and just extend the reach.
The door to the repair room kept smacking me in the face and I kept getting stuck on scattered boxes. Maybe jump? And/or no box collision with the character and maybe even other boxes.
T is still settings, but the way to get back to the game from settings is to press T again, while the way to get out of repair mode is to right click.
E does too much. It is both interact and inventory, and you can only access you inventory at the repair table, AFTER you've placed down the PC you're repairing. And the text overlaps with the items next to and below it.
I still don't know how to build a PC.
I kept pressing the arrow button in the settings thinking it would go back to the game, but it went to the main menu.
Clicking continue did not continue. It just restarted the game except this time the store page was empty. I knew I saw the store page before!
There is no option for windowed mode so I had to keep opening and closing the game to check the facts in this list.
I could no longer walk backwards out of the door.
There are also some graphics issues, but I feel like these are the least important. The boxes on the lowest shelf in the repair room are missing some textures, when unboxing a PC case it phases through the floor, there are no other unboxing animations (unless they're happening below the floor) and I feel like the box types are randomised which is very confusing (not visual). The wall of tools is incredible.
The resolution goes down when in motion, but I feel like that's for performance reasons.
TL,DR: Shopping list, extend reach, jump?, walkthrough/tooltips, remove box collision, accessable inventory, different button for inventory, readable inventory, back to game button in settings, not T for settings, remove continue button from main menu, windowed mode, graphics can come later, why are the tools in the front, doors are evil.
It took me an hour to write this...
I want to say nice things about the game but there is literally not enough to say nice things about. Or to say mean thing about. So I shall critique humorously instead. (the third paragragh isn't critique, it's just exposition)
I accepted Snejana's quest, but I couldn't find out where to get the fans, PSU, video card or PC, so I walked out of the front door backwards until the building was the same height as the crosshair.
I am the type of person who struggles with brutal honesty and the desperate desire to not hurt anyone's feelings, which usually results in me not saying anything at all. Or spending an absolutely ludicrous ammount of time drafting a comment under a one day old game. I do not know how long I have been writing this comment for. I literally used a thesaurus to find a word to write a sentence in the middle of writing this sentence. I'm all over the place.
All I really wanted to say is; please keep working on this game, I really want to find that video card.
Also the mouse sensitivity is super high.
So, I started a new game and when I opened my inventory it was completely full of late(r) game items.

This is me preparing to fish out the sinkmouth key with the hook on a piece of line, while the stone on a piece of string with a hook (made from the aforementioned hook-line and a stone from the next chapter) sits right next to it in my inventory.

This is me after aquiring the stone and crafting a second stone on a piece of string with a hook.
I HAVE been having computer problems and I AM a loot goblin so this doesn't bother me in the slightest, but it did happen so I thought I'd mention it.
Also it somehow made the inventory more manageable?

Oh, it's gone... After the hot air balloon ride... I feel sad.
I see that you are making a full game, but if you would ever consider adding just the smallest amount of UI to this, I would love a way to completely delete everything I've written on the message without having to go and do it manually while desperately trying (and failing) not to look at the half completed answers I've filled out previously.
Love the game but replayability suffers because of this.
Nice, but having some issues with movement, constantly having to reset my mouse position because it takes more movement to get in than it does to get out.I'm guessing I wasn't aiming properly and I did stop accidentally pulling out which made it easier but it was really agrivating at the begining, which might put off new players.
Looking forward to further updates.
For anyone who thinks they might have missed something, there is a total of eight WORKING location codes.
The unrelated codes (which I did not count) do not work and, in fact, change every time you close the drawer.
This is only for the codes, there is other information in the cataloge that leads somewhere useful.
For an extremely basic example:
Ernst Kreutz Did you mean: 'Kreutz, Ernst'? People are catologed by surnames not first names!
