This is true

Thank you so much! I appreciate the compliment.

Ah yes, the classic rage game, I will admit, this game is really hard, TOO hard. After about 30 minutes of playtime I still couldn't get past the second room. Although when you get used to the controls they are kinda fun. My only recommendation is to crank down the difficulty in the first couple rooms, also I got stuck in the massive pit in the first room a couple times and it is way too hard to get out of for the tutorial room. Overall, this seems like a great game, I just have a skill issue :( Good job!

I appreciate it, thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing!

Ok this game is good, I was legit smiling the entire time I was playing this game, very funny concept. The only time I wasn't smiling was when I realized there was no more silliness to vanquish, quite sad. Also I would very appreciate it if the cutscene and the wheel spinning animation were sped up. But other than that this was really fun, great job!

Yeah I would agree that the spinning can sometimes be a bit unsatisfying and even difficult to grasp early game. This is mostly just tied to the weight stat, where the lighter it gets the easier it is to spin, which I could've probably telegraphed a bit better. But I appreciate you playing nonetheless, and I'm glad you've enjoyed it!

Very good game. The only thing I will say is that I crashed when one of the cards I discarded from the police was the unionized workers card, I'm assuming the game was trying to play that card next but then it got all confused when it didn't exist the next frame.

Very fun game! I love how the music kicks in after 100 spins, nice touch. Also I like how you encourage the player to actually spin the fidget spinner as good as possible instead of just letting the player drag the fidget spinner in circles, it keeps players engaged. I also really like the art style, it's nice and simple and gets the job done. The only thing I was left wanting was I wish there was an upgrade that allowed spins to be cashed in periodically throughout a spin so I didn't have to leave the shop and stop my spinner to actually get the money I had saved up. Other than that, very well done, good job!

Indeed

Gonna be honest, completely accidental mechanic, in fact I was trying to get rid of it before the jam was over. But I’m glad some people looked past it. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! Ya I could definitely show more of an indicator of when a upgrade is fully upgraded.

Wow this game is really fun, trying my best to build up as much speed as possible was really satisfying, and I really like the concept of the green speed pads. Also the art style is really nice and cozy, which goes perfectly with the music/sfx. Very nicely done.

I will admit this game could sure use a tutorial, but once I started understanding how to play it was pretty fun, and alot more in depth than I originally thought. Good job!

Man this is a cool concept! I would love to see this expanded, maybe like gain xp every run and buy perks at a shop every time you die, but idk might be too ambitious. Great job, very addicting!

Thanks for playing! I wish there were more upgrades too, but didn’t have enough time😔. Glad to hear you enjoyed it!

NOOOOOO! Not the speed square.

Anyway, this game was very fun, I really like the bullet hell type aspect of it, and the art style works very well. One thing I would change is making the frequency of the pellets less and adding more red hazard things to give the game more variety. But great job nonetheless.

I kinda got addicted to this game for a solid 15 minutes. The only thing I would say to do is to make it so the combat system is more in depth, the best strat right now is just to spam parry and win, which is not very fun imo. But the progression and battle arena style is pretty fun, and the graphics are very nice, well done.

I played this when it was up for play testing, and can definitely say that it has majorly improved. I really like the addition of the tutorial, it really helped me understand and enjoy the game alot better. Also, I like that you've branched off of the traditional rhythm rage game genre and made it about speedrunning the levels instead of just trying to get through without dying. Really great job! Also I got 32.18 on the last level if thats any good :)

Very nice game. I will admit you had me confused at parts where you had to figure out where to use the rolling mechanic. But this is genuinely a good game, would love to see more levels added. The only thing I would nitpick is just how slow it takes for the rolling animation to charge up, maybe some visual indicator or something when you press down arrow would be nice. But other than that this is a very interesting and fun puzzle platformer. Very serious too, of course.

It was noticeably bugging when walking between rooms, but if you just walked as normally as possible through each room, I found that that mostly solved the issue for me. Kinda reminds me of Binding of Isaac.

I found this game to be quite difficult, probably just a skill issue on my part tbh. Although, a nice way to make this game easier and more enjoyable would be checkpoints because I found it very unsatisfying when I was taking time to play it safe for like 5 minutes all to die instantly to a pit of fire. But other than that it was quite enjoyable, the concept is creative and fun and very strategic with it's combat system. Very well done.

Thank you so much for playing! Gonna be honest I had no plan coming into this jam, so the fact that the game design worked out is honestly a massive stroke of luck. Really happy with how it turned out though, and glad so many people liked it!

Finally someone commenting about the ending, honestly might be my favorite part of the game😅. Glad you enjoyed playing!

Thank you for playing! I’m glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! I’m glad you enjoyed it so much.

Thank you so much for playing! I kinda came into the jam with no plan so thats why I spent so much time on graphics 😅, glad you liked it!

I'm glad you liked it!

Thanks for playing!

thanks for playing!

Spooky, not a big fan of horror myself but enjoyed nonetheless.

I‘m glad you enjoyed!

Thanks for playing! I‘m glad you liked it so much!

I appreciate it, thanks alot!

I can see why you'd find it difficult, the reason it's this hard is because I wanted to make the game punishing like Geometry Dash where one mistake can cost you everything. Thanks for playing though!

thanks!

Ya I would say about half of my time went into polishing, thanks for playing!

thanks!

I appreciate the kind words
