I enjoyed all the minigames, although a couple were difficult to figure out at first. The difficulty seems a bit high to me - by the time I got one part cooled off another was ready to explode. Maybe I'm just bad at it though XD. Nice job on this!

This was fun! I enjoyed the music and it felt pretty intuitive to navigate. The descriptions of people were also very funny!
One bug I noticed: after purchasing a sticker and selecting a slot to add it to, my sticker count stayed at 0/5 and the next time I got a sticker it wasn't there. It also didn't give me the sticker ability as far as I could tell. Maybe I missed something about using the sticker, but I'm not sure what.
I enjoyed this game! I like the pace of getting upgrades, it helped me feel powerful. It did crash after a little while - once I got the shield upgrade.
One thing that would bring this to the next level is varying the sounds. Even just randomizing the pitch and volume a little bit each time a sound is made makes a huge difference in preventing audio fatigue for the player.
Great job!
I love the backstory for this poor Roomba! XD I felt like I was able to understand the mechanics pretty quickly as well which was great.
One thing I'd suggest is to decrease the amount of area that needs to be move over on the dirty areas for them to become clean. I found myself having to backtrack multiple times, especially on the large areas, which may be more accurate for what a Roomba actually does but it started to feel repetitive after a bit and detracted from the actual puzzle solving which is where this game really shines!
I also think keeping the visual of # of charges is useful information for the player when making decision about what to do next in a level.
I hope you keep working on this! It's a great little puzzle game!
Nice game! It got me thinking about the best way to increase my numbers quickly, mostly by adding first then multiplying to get a big score. I was pretty consistently able to score 3-4k points by level 3 so the score to pass the levels seemed a bit low in my opinion.
I also wasn't sure what use the multiple sources were, I mostly used one each level and tried to bulk it up to the max. If there was a way to merge paths (two paths go in, one goes out) I would have used them more. The one time I used them was to add 'pressure' to my high numbers from behind by routing the unused sources into the path I made so all the produced numbers would push the rest, so that was pretty interesting!
This was very fun and satisfying to play. Great job!
This is an awesome Sokoban-style game! It reminds me of a lot of the games made with PuzzleScript.
It was quite challenging, but I always enjoy a good brain-scratcher. I had to watch the video on the start of level 4 just to make sure I wasn't missing anything, but after that I was able to complete all the levels on my own (although it took awhile XD).
I also like how you did the level discovery portion - I wanted to do something similar with my game but it ended up being confusing so I left it out. Yours worked out great though! Thanks for the awesome game!
Nice jam submission! I think the theming of the game was really cool, and it's awesome that all of the abilities are based on real life software vulnerabilities. I think a bit more contrast in the visuals would be nice, it was a bit difficult to see what was open space and what was a wall. Also, on one level I got stuck in the initial room with the exit blocked by a wall/door - I tried using Spacebar to clip through it like the description said but it didn't do anything. Not sure if this is a bug or if I missed something. Good job on this overall!
Great word game! The itch version wouldn't start, but I was able to play it on wavedash. I liked being able to create words for extra points!
One thing that I would have preferred is to be able to see the whole board at all times. I sometimes felt like I was wandering around hoping to find a letter without knowing where to go. Seeing the whole board could lead to more strategy for building long words as well.
Overall, great game! I enjoyed it.
The concept of this game is good. I was able to beat every level by connecting the blue node to the green node though, so that would be a good thing to fix.
You could turn this into a memory/puzzle type game pretty easily if you make the 'dead' nodes the same color as the 'alive' ones. Then when the player connects a path to the green node it will either turn on or let them know there are dead nodes in the path they created. You could either show them which nodes are dead, or let them figure it out through trial and error. I think that could be really fun!
This is a really nice typing roguelite! I'm definitely a fast typer, but I make lots of mistakes that I correct quickly. Also one thing I noticed, in words like I'm or it's, it would always count the apostrophe as incorrect but I'm not sure why. I ended up just leaving those as red even though I wanted to be able to correct everything before the end. Really great game!
Awesome game! The comic book art style is really cool and the music and sfx work well with it. It took me a 4 or 5 runs to find my first item (the manual), then I spent a couple more looking for all the rest. I like the aviator glasses ability! After that, it took me a long time to get off the ground - I kept thinking I had to do something more for number 7 because the manual pointed at the console until I realized flipping the switch that lit it up was all I needed to do. Once I finally got it off the ground, I felt very accomplished! Great job!
Hey thanks, I appreciate the feedback! One of the reasons I enjoy game jams is getting a lot of playtests and feedback. I've never made a strictly web game, so I don't think I tested it enough before submitting - the click sounds seemed timed correctly when testing on my device. I'll have to do more testing on future games to catch things like this!
That's all good! Game jams are all about learning, and receiving feedback from a community of people who are learning as well. And sometimes it takes longer than you think to get something working and that throws your plan out the window haha. I've had that happen to me a couple of times. Learning to accurately gauge the scope of your game to fit it in the time window is challenging, but it's a really useful skill in the long run!
Great job on this game! The sound design is fantastic and exactly what I would expect in a game like this. It really set the mood. I'm glad that when I added a letter it automatically typed in all of the same letter. It would be great to be able to use the keyboard to enter a letter instead of only the letters at the top. I'm not sure if the cipher is the same between levels - if so I think it could be good to let the player go back to the page showing the entire message so they can reference it going forward. That will let them build progress on what they already decrypted.
Again, fantastic game! I'm excited to see where you go with it.
This is a fun little stealth game! Also love the pixel art and sound design. The camera was a bit jerky - I see the intention to allow the player to see ahead of them and I think that's important for this sort of game, but maybe a slower movement to get ahead of the player would help. Also, the view cones of the enemies could go through walls and boxes which caught me by surprise a couple times! Overall, it's a great game for being built in two weeks!
Nice game! The randomize board keeps the game interesting over multiple rounds.
This would be a great game to have on a two-player game website if you made a two-player mode. One could control with WASD and the other with arrow keys. You'd have to remove the path showing where each player is going to keep the prediction vibe, but maybe that would add an element of memory to the game as well!
Nice job on your first game! I like the funny idea of gnomes making ice cream. I think switching the jump button to spacebar would make more sense, and having Z be grab instead. Also, I never ended up switching gnomes because it was easier to just use one. You could section them off and force the player to pass ingredients between gnomes to make that feature more useful. Keep up the good work!
This is my 3rd game jam, 2nd one where I actually submitted a game tho. My other one was only 2 days so I felt like I was able to get a ton done in this one over the 2 weeks! My game came out a lot more polished and complete than I was expecting at the beginning and I'm super happy about that! It's a puzzle game using numbers and math operations if you want to check it out. It's called Math Machine
There have also been a lot of other fun games! It's awesome to see what everybody was able to create and I'm excited to try out some more.
I like the direction this game is going! It took a bit to figure out how to add new machines to the pipeline, but I eventually got the Iron one working and that sped up how much I was earning. I got the Gold one next, but it appeared to just eat my boxes without giving me anything back - maybe I had to feed something else in besides the basic box? Also, I think it would be great to be able to purchase additional box outputs as that would give more opportunity for placing conveyor belts going to different machines. Great work!
