Awesome visual style, though it was a little confusing both in the narrative and the gameplay.

Great visuals, and I liked that the music changed depending on the area. The balancing of the weapons feels a little off, ranged weapons don't do enough damage so I just kept using the sword.

Concept is pretty cool and the controls feel good. Some more graphics for the level elements would have improved it, along with music or sound effects. Still though this is a very competent entry considering it's your first time.

I think you've got an interesting idea but it will definitely need some more work like you said. I'm not sure if I missed anything but it seems like there's not much gameplay besides the platforming and teleporting. There are some cool gun modes but not anything to shoot. The level layout doesn't feel like it's designed around the teleporting mechanic.

The demo might be improved by focusing on the teleportation mechanic and showcasing a small puzzle to be solved with it.

Still, I hope you continue to work on it, I would be interested to see the full version one day.

Not as hard as closing Vim.

In all seriousness, thank you for the feedback :P

Art is really good, though I think you used more than two colors. The game's viewport is small, I had to zoom in to read some of the text. Some more lead up would benefit it a lot. Would like to try it again if gets more fleshed out.

I'm not very musicly minded so it's difficult to remember the bass, but I'd like to play again if there's more setup, like visual cues as others mentioned.

Agree with others, there needs to be some way to get around both sides being blocked. But I like the gameplay idea, games like these can get very addicting.

Sorry you were not able to get a working build published in time, I would like to try after the jam though. Your art is amazing.

Thanks :] Will definitely keep the custom cursor in mind for next time.

Card games aren't my thing, but I still found this one cute and enjoyed the music. Some more animations would really improve it.

Definitely spooky haha, the art is super cute too.

Definitely spooky haha, the art is super cute too.

VERY addictive and fun. Only thing I can think of to improve it would be more visuals going along with the beat, but it's really good as is.

I think some auditory feedback on hits landing would have really improved the combat, it was a little difficult to get a feel for when I should throw hits.

Still I liked the art, music, and the sinusoidal dithering was super cool. Great game :]

Interesting, what browser were you using? Someone said Brave had audio issues.

Could you elaborate on how the jump was off, or what would have made it better? Thank you for the feedback, and glad you got some enjoyment out of it :]

Cool game, I enjoyed trying to think of the best strategy. I think the UX could be improved by giving more feedback to the buttons and making the attacks seem more lively.

Cute game. I think it could benefit from the valve controls being tweaked a bit, I was a little confused on how they work.

Super addictive and cute, great music too (though it seemed to cut out when the game ran long?) Definitely gonna come back to this one.

Cute game. Loved the tune on the title screen. Congrats on doing your first game jam :]

Some big benefits would be way to restart or a death barrier beneath the level, I fell off a few times and refreshing the page to restart is a bit cumbersome.

Agree with others, a game like this is a lot to take in in one go. A more gradual interactive tutorial would go a long ways, along with maybe some more sound queues. I think it's a cool concept though and would be great with those tweaks.

My only gripe is that I can't purchase the soundtrack somewhere, this kicks ass.

Loved the art style and the ambient music. Also liked the camera effect when listening to your heartbeat. I think some more feedback for when you mine a block, like the character or the screen shaking slightly, would have made it more satisfying.

Really cool aesthetic and definitely succeeded in freaking me out when the heart beat started creeping up as the stalker came near. The cranked flashlight was a great idea.

I think this one could have used better directing for the player, I played a couple times but wasn't sure if I had an objective other than "help my grandpa."

Still, I was successfully creeped out and enjoyed the game.

Loved the symmetry in the level and the music was pretty cool too. I got sucked into the defense gameplay and was shocked when I saw only 70 seconds had gone by haha.
