Thank you for giving our game a try!

This is the first time our team actually submitted a project for this jam, and I guess I glossed over the requirement to submit for those 3 platforms. 😅 I'll be sure to keep that in mind for future submissions! A tutorial or basic control layout definitely should have been a priority given an idea like this. And I agree it was more challenging than need be (especially for a 1 level submission). I'll look into that issue with the desk. As far as accessibility goes, thank you for bringing up how unpleasant that flash is! I've only really tested it in well-lit areas, so I never really had that consideration that it could be way too bright. I do want to make sure I get into making projects like that as accessible as possible, and don't provide any risks such as what the flash can cause.

Again, thank you so much for giving our game a shot and for the feedback! We plan on tackling a bunch of these problems to (hopefully) make a completed and enjoyable game out of this :)

Really well-made game especially for this being you're first-time using Godot and first game jam! I had a lot of fun with the various puzzles you made, and how you manipulate gravity to create all these puzzles! I do find the gravity manipulation a bit of a stretch to repurpose (but that's probably just me) but aside from that I think it's a really awesome game :)

Really great game! I had a lot of fun playing it, and I didn't think it was too difficult or too easy.  Adding health to the tower does seems like it can be challenged to balance it, especially if you add later stages (that may just be me though). I never tried it on mobile, but the fact that y'all considered and implemented, that is really impressive! Really awesome submission and I'd love to play it more if it gets updates in the future!

Super unique and fun game you made! Messing with the various tools was a blast, such as the bucket and zoom tool :D.

I loved the tension and uncovering the story as I explored the facility. Like mentioned by another, a lot of the audio didn't seem to be affected by the audio sliders, both music and SFX.  It also did break immersion a little bit when I walked behind some objects but appeared on top of them. Overall, I still had a lot of fun playing, and I really loved the immersion and artwork/VFX (especially the screen like camera effect in the title screen :D)

Really loved the variety of achievements you made, made for some fun moments while playing! I did get a little lost during the table part, but overall, I had a lot of fun playing your game!

Really fun take on repurposed! I had a lot of fun playing your game :)

Really fun and really challenging game! Loved the art style and SFX, and really like that slow down mechanic like superhot. I had a lot of run playing the druid and squashing enemies, though im yet to beat the game lol.

Thanks for playing our game! Could you explain the jitter a little more? I'd love to be able to fix it for the future!

Thank you for giving our game a try! Yeah, it definitely isn't balanced (especially since there aren't any defensive features) so toning down the difficulty would've been a good idea 😅.

ok cool thank you!

Kinda dumb question but in the rules when it says "free assets only" does this mean we can't make our own assets? My team would rather create all of or at least a majority of our own art.

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you! I plan on optimizing the display after the jam, I’ll make sure to look into those two bugs and fix them. Thank you again!!!

Really like that pixel art style you've created! It looks really good! The controls felt really nice to use as well, didn't feel bad to me at least. Overall, really great game, I had a blast playing it!

(P.S. If you're willing to I'd love it if you played and gave some feedback to my game! It's my first ever game jam and I'd love to see where I can improve!)

Do you remember which fight this happened on? For the most part calculations should be tied to moving, getting hit by the planet, and the start of each fight? It may be something I forgot to do for whatever fight it was happening on.

Really awesome VFX and art style! Loved it! the bosses all felt fun to fight, and I like you're implementation of the theme! Really great game, had a blast playing it!

(P.S. If you're willing to I'd love it if you played and gave some feedback to my game! It's my first ever game jam and I'd love to see where I can improve!)

Not sure if the link to the itch page showed up but here's a quick movement control explanation!

This game follows a realistic orbit style movement system! What does that mean? Basically, if you apply velocity in the direction your moving (having your ship's rotation aligned with the orbit and holding "w") then you orbit on the other end of the planet gets bigger! Vice versa if you apply velocity in the opposite direction (same thing but holding "s" instead), your orbit gets smaller! On the contrary if you apply velocity towards the planet (ship's rotation perpendicular to the planet) your orbit shifts in the direction below the ship while if you apply velocity away then your orbit shifts in the direction above you ship (Perfect for achieving that perfect orbit)!

Thank you! I can see a constraint helping yeah!

Thank you! Orbital display wasn't optimized very well and proves to bet the biggest influence on lag by far. That is something I do plan on changing in the future!

Really cool approach to how you did the bosses! Loved the idea of it being 3 segments randomly selected by a slot machine! I do wish the combat felt a little smother, I couldn't really tell how big my hitbox was, and reloading did feel a little strange since I had to reload by swinging my sword. I also did manage to get stuck in a wall and murder by the boss :(

(P.S. If you're willing to I'd love it if you played and gave some feedback to my game! It's my first ever game jam and I'd love to see where I can improve!)

really challenging game (or at least the first boss is)! I really loved the graphics, VFX, and SFX you have in you game! I did lag spike quite frequently though which I don't know why.

(P.S. If you're willing to I'd love it if you played and gave some feedback to my game! It's my first ever game jam and I'd love to see where I can improve!)

Really liked the aesthetic and sounds of your game! Made me enjoy my experience even more!

(P.S. If you're willing to I'd love it if you played and gave some feedback to my game! It's my first ever game jam and I'd love to see where I can improve!)

Interesting game, I wish I could play but sadly I don't have a controller and couldn't figure out how to attack with keyboard and mouse. I do like the models and affects you have! I wish the music was a little louder so I could hear and enjoy it more. With what I could play, I did find a bug where I could fly above the water spiral which was a bit strange.

(P.S. If you're willing to I'd love it if you played and gave some feedback to my game! It's my first ever game jam and I'd love to see where I can improve!)

Really fun game! I liked those arts and effects you have going on in your game! Also really like your approach to the theme!

(P.S. If you're willing to I'd love it if you played and gave some feedback to my game! It's my first ever game jam and I'd love to see where I can improve!)

Thank you Mr. 'Sketchy'! (Why the emphasis on my name lol 😭)

Really fun game! Love the art for each planet and the different faces they have! Only thing that felt off to me was how Neptune felt harder than Uranus and slightly harder than Saturn. It just felt really tight dodging the 8 bullet spread.
