Crazy for just a week, very impressive and well done game! Love the art style and the unique feel of those old point and click adventure games.

"Finished" the game (got to 9 tags). my main problems was really the camera sensitivity, and the lack of mid air control control, but other than that, I found it fun. Also would be more interesting if getting on to the buildings was a challenge, not just hold W to climb a building, maybe like wall running from 1 building to another and parkour.
Glad you like it! The game actually tells you how to handle this: use the Mouse Wheel to switch modes, as shown on the screen in the hallway. When you try to take the color of an object the text box at the bottom will also remind you to change your mod. There is also indication on the modules themselves when you pick them up.
how this was made in 2 weeks is beyond me. It's a work of art and very polished for the time. I love the art and battle music. while turn based combat isn't my cup of tea, i still had fun with this. as for the combat while cool, there's no depth, even playing the game at normal, you can just win any fight easily by just using the attack all attacks. and just go back and heal. and if you get an accidental encounter, you can just always leave. would have been nice for it to fail sometimes. I was interested in the story but it doesn't seem to go anyway for now. overall very cool game, aesthetic and music. hope this becomes a full game
So here I am pressing the submit button just seconds before deadline. I take a sigh of relief when I see the "your submission was made" pop up. I was happy and doing a checklist.
- last minute bug fixes (check)
- build running (check)
- submission done (check)
Now that everything is done, I'll go make the itch page I guess. First thing I think of doing, uploading a walkthrough to YouTube and sharing the link. So I fired up my recording software and turned on the game. And to my surprise the AI is not moving at all. Turns out I forgot to turn off the debug mode before building.
Anyways enough yapping, I am very excited to check out all the other games out here just leave a link below this post and I'll check it out.
Here's mine if you like debug AI in games lol. https://itch.io/jam/game-name-game-jam-1/rate/4479591 Go ahead, give it a try everything else is functional.
And if you would like to try it out with AI, stay tuned as I will be uploading the build along with a brand new devlog after the voting period ends. And yes, I am making this jam into a full game! and the development starts now...

idk why lvl 6 score is missing from UI, but yeah
