Congrats on your first jam game! I like the concept of the skills however it was a bit hard to control them since you have to aim with mouse, press 1, 2, or 3, while also holding w,a,s,d. I would suggest maybe using the spacebar, shift, or ctrl for some of the spells since that feels more natural to press while moving. But overall great game!

Oh yeah, we definitely could have explained the butterfly and orb mechanics better in the game. The butterflies (and mushrooms) actually have a 10% chance to spawn when a piece of greenery is spawned. The orb, if I remember right , has 10 bounces before it disappears. We had plans to make it more obvious when the orb is about to disappear but weren't able to implement them due to time constraints.
Thanks for playing, I loved your game too!
This game was great! So cool that you were able to make 10 pretty good levels in 10 days. My favorite mechanics were the grappling hook and helicopter kick. I like how the skills don't transfer over into the levels since it makes me feel like each tutorial is trying to get you to master each thing Tuto can do. If you had more time, I'd love for a level that really put you to the test by allowing all skills! Good job!
This was a really nice platformer! I'm amazed how many levels you were able to make in such a short time as well as different mechanics introduced as the game went on. The controls also felt smooth and I liked the challenges for the flowers, it reminded me of the strawberries from Celeste. Good job!
Great job on your first game! The controls are interesting because it adds another layer of difficulty on top of the standard timing your tap right in Flappy Bird. It took me a few minutes to understand how exactly the controls work and that hitting a wall basically stops my inputs from registering until I drop. But once I understood better how the game works I had fun trying to get past the first part of the level. Good job!
Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah, the slopes are definitely something that should be addressed but unfortunately we didn't really have the time to find a way to address it. Maybe we can fix it in a post-jam patch! For the charging thing we did leave it since it as far as we saw it seems to reduce the total bounces that could be done after firing it so we thought it could offer some sort of strategy? But maybe it looks like it's a bug so we could also take a look at it. Thanks so much for playing!
Thanks for playing!
Yeah, I see what you mean. We could probably improve on the level design more by testing if a level is able to be passed without the butterflies so there's a solution that doesn't rely on getting lucky with the amount of butterflies spawned. Thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it!
Cute little puzzle platformer! The tutorial levels were well thought out and introduced the mechanics to me well. I also liked the art! Unfortunately I couldn't figure out the last room with the lever on the ceiling because I bugged out the game by pausing time -> unpausing time -> jumping and hitting the cube -> pausing time which caused the cube to float outside the level. Hope this feedback could help you fix it if ever you plan to develop this further and good job!
Great game, I loved the concept and how it controlled! Although I had trouble in the beginning understanding how to climb, maybe some kind of indicator if letting go of the mouse button would grab the ledge would help? Although I'm not sure if that would make it to easy. Otherwise, really fun game and I had fun climbing!
