I can't tell whether I love the game or hate it, the story is pretty fun and engaging even if choices are just an illusion (pretty usual though), the game has pretty alright humour and the characters are fun
Besides the MC. If I had to point to the reason why I hate this games at points, it'd be the MC and maybe Sunset.
The MC is constantly going between being too passive to actually have any impact and being too dumb to make good/meaningful decisions, to the point where it's no surprise that Sunset is effectively the real MC and makes all the decisions.
At the same time, Sunset makes right decisions, and then proceeds to explain them as if they were for the wrong reasons.
Spoilers ahead to illustrate what I mean:
How to deal with your pupil lashing out at the fans AGAIN? Praise them for it, Sunset. Oh wait that backfired and they almost got their legs broken but then they get saved by a 100% unknown character you just never met before that is totally not the girl you just met half an hour ago who just told you not to fall for the trap? I'm sure the MC can figure it out... After he gets told that right in his face about a month later.
God, I love this and I hate this at the same time, why must you torture me so to make such fun dialogues and an interesting story and then an MC who doesn't contribute cause his leg brokey and his brain is actually a brick.
Anyway, I love you and hate you... Just a bit though. 8/10 and I am not too proud of it lol
