Thank you for your feedback! I definitely took some inspiration from badeline when designing the boss fight! The problem with the rewind in the boss is that sometimes you will hit a rewind from later in the fight earlier than your supposed to. I think I can fix it after the jam! I'm glad you liked the extra dialogue when you go the wrong way!

This game is really fun! There's a lot of cool mechanics! The first phase of the boss can be cheesed by holding down and attack but I couldn't end up getting the boss below 90 hp. The music and art fit this game great, the story is good, and overall it was a pretty great game! I loved the store with all of the references to other games!

This game is annoying in the best way possible! My only issue is that since I was clicking to play the game I accidentally skipped some of the dialogue. Other than that this game is great! Good art, music, and main gameplay mechanics!

I think it was the difficult curve. The bat was pretty hard. I also didn't like how if you even missed one star the attacks would do full damage. It's still a great system for a game jam game!
