Cycling through seemingly any cosmetic options on the 'classic' lady will eventually lead to a CTD.  Guessing the new lady does not have any cosmetic options available, because non of them work.

Getting fatal errors when switching cosmetics, the female will lose her skin and show all of the fully modeled inner organs when the crash occurs. Repeatable. I'm not an expert with crash logs, but this is found in the XML : Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000007

Soft lock after defeating the troll boss and picking up the cowgirl. Walking to the left side of the screen with the cowgirl results in a black screen that never ends.

I do hope you find some room to develop this further, it's a unique concept.
