This is strange, it runs on my Silicon Mac as a compiled app with an open warning, the same app I uploaded here...Try running xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "path to the app"in Terminal and then launch it. If it helps I'll be updating the instructions, if it doesn't I just don't know for now, sorry :(
Please check the install instructions above, it's a tricky process but manageable
