I like the game, although I am a struggling a bit and do not feel like playing around anymore to find out the fourth ending, from now on it will be spoiler so be warned:

So, in order I first got the rosetta, then sakura, then 2 times the rosetta cursed. In the 2 rosetta cursed endings runs I got the same final day as both rosetta and sakura, only difference was than in both of these playthrough I opened the first locker, I could not find the answer to the second locker since the hint is the same and I did not see any different way of counting the princesses (funnily enough I first solved the enigma not by following the book but by looking at the appearence inside the game of the girls, I only noticed I did it "wrong" when I was trying to find another order for the numbers), except maybe counting how often the girls appear around but due to random events I do not think that is the answer, plus I am really not sure how to get to the second locket anymore lol. I also could only find the gem in the library, and not any of the other three, I paced back and forth a lot in the hallway to try for the white gem and to lower the music to zero (and later on also sound) for all the hall but nothing, I would have guessed that you could find the yellow gem in the sink when lowering the volume due to the whole "listening for the water key" but nothing, I also found nothing in the gym that is the only place where the "running" hint for the blue gem seemed to make sense. So yeah, any advice?

try this https://itch.io/t/1528236/how-to-fix-the-problem-of-the-game-not-starting

So a while ago I wrote a post asking how to fix the problem of the game not starting on some Windows computers, today I come back with the solution since I've never seen anyone post a solution anywhere yet.

This game has the same problem that wolf RPG has, it being that if in the name of any of the many folders you extracted the game into there is even one single special character (e.g. if you extracted the game in your desktop and you have an ò inside your windows username) the game just won't start.

THE SOLUTION: just extract the game in a new folder (call it fnf, the important thing is that the folder name has no special characters in it) you created inside a root directory (e.g. C:\ or D:\) and then create a shortcut to the desktop (left click-> create a shortcut and then drag the shortcut you create on the desktop) and this should resolve the problem.

If you are reading this ninja_muffin99 I'm not sure if you can resolve this problem since it probably is based on whatever engine you used to create the game but maybe you could add an error message that tells you the problem?

it's the x64 version, the right one

what do you mean? I have extracted it to the desktop as a folder then inside the folder I have the .exe

I have the computer set to not hide the extensions of files as I am a programmer, while you may see it as just Funkin in reality the games name is Funkin.exe, as the computer uses the extensions of the files to decide how to run the application (so if he sees a .txt he  opens it using notepad.exe, if he sees .exe he just runs it as an executable)

it doesn't give any error, it just doesn't do anything, for a microsecond there is the loading animation on the cursor then nothing happens, no warnings or anything

I can't seem to make the game start, I downloaded it today and when I extracted it on a desktop folder and I clicked on the .exe it didn't start, even if I execute it as an admin or if I manually exclude it from the antivirus(that didn't give any prior warning), my version of windows 10 x64 is Windows 10 Pro version 1909 build 18363.1440
