Over time I developed a workflow that helps me create assets faster. I usually start with a base structure and palette, then refine the details. Also, some projects are based on older artwork I made before, which I improve and adapt into new assets. Practice and experience help a lot with speed too.
Haha yes, you caught the vibe! 😄
Castlevania was definitely one of the inspirations behind the atmosphere — the gothic architecture, dark tones and dramatic lighting were all influenced by that classic style 🏰🔥
I’m really glad the feeling comes through! That means I achieved the mood I was aiming for.
Thanks a lot for the support!
Thank you so much, bro! That really means a lot to me 🙌
I’m really happy to know this is exactly what you were looking for! A schoolyard and classroom scenario are actually great ideas 👀 I’m planning to release more environments little by little, and something in that direction would fit perfectly.
Thanks again for the support and kind words — it truly motivates me to keep creating! 🚀
Thank you so much! 😊
I’m really happy to hear that — beat’em ups are one of my biggest inspirations, so it means a lot that you were looking for characters like these and found my work!
And yes, I’ll definitely be releasing more, but little by little. I’m building everything carefully to keep the quality consistent and make sure each character feels unique and fun to use.
More is coming soon! 💥
That’s awesome to hear!
A classic beat ’em up like Final Fight is exactly the kind of vibe I love working with 👊
Yes, I do plan to release 2D tiles and backgrounds for this style. I actually already have part of a stage done that I use to test my characters, along with some interactive objects that could be used in-game.
The only challenge is that beat ’em up stages are usually large and quite time-consuming to build properly — especially if I want to keep the quality high and add enough variation.
An urban-themed pack is definitely something I’m interested in developing. Streets, alleys, subway vibes, destructible props… it fits perfectly with the characters.
Thanks for the motivation — feedback like this really helps me decide what to focus on next!
