Thank you so much! I’m really glad you like the pack and are already planning a game with it! 🙌 I’ll definitely keep expanding it with more content in the future. I really appreciate your support! 👊

That’s a great idea; I’ll put together a video tutorial to help with using it

Thank you so much! 😊 I’m really glad you’re enjoying the collection. More assets and masterpieces are on the way! 🙌🎨

thanks ^^

Take a look at my other my perfil, maybe you’ll like one of them. ^^

No, but thanks for the compliment ^^

I’m going to release an update adding a jumping animation, and I’ll also make one where the feet stay at the same height. Thanks for the idea—I’ll let you know here as soon as I update it

Thanks !!!!!

I’m happy to help; I hope this asset really helps your project

Thanks ^^

(1 edit)

You’re right, I forgot to add it, but I’ve already updated License

thank you for your attention ^^

The idea is for them to be patrol creatures, but I’ll take your idea into consideration and update the pack with an attack animation.

updated ^^

Thank you very much. Regarding the other projects, there are already several updates planned for this very month for both environments and characters.

Yes, yes, there will be more updates.

Actually, this is an Aseprite plugin that generates a parallax animation for your layered background; each layer needs to be separate for the animation to work. It’s really great for creators—I created it to make my own workflow easier, and I decided to share it here for anyone who might find it useful for their projects

I just updated it just download it ^^. I hope it helps

This one already has an update scheduled for today to make it compatible with the others; I’ll let you know here as soon as it’s updated, and then you just need to download the update—it’s converting everything to 32x32.

Thanks a lot for the idea; I’ll definitely trigger a jump animation for him ^^

Thanks

I’m glad it helped; I’ll update the others over the next few days as well^^

I currently have no intention of creating more music.

The tiles have been updated to 32x32 and 24x24 versions; thanks a lot for the suggestion.

Thanks

Obrigado pela sugestão, vou criar inimigos robóticos que combinem com o tema, porém podem demorar um pouco para sair, agradeço a ideia. ^^

Yes, it's based on the Mega Man style. Thanks a lot for always showing your support ^^

I'm glad you liked it; I'm happy to know it will be put to good use

Thanks a lot, EPG, for always following along. I’ve already got a few human enemies nearly finished for the samurai pack; I hope you like them.

Thanks so much! I'm really glad you liked the pack.

I know exactly what you mean the lingering smoke after the explosion. I can definitely do that. I already have a Metal Slug-style VFX pack planned, and your suggestion fits it perfectly.

I'll add those post-explosion smoke effects to the pack. Thanks again for the great idea and for your support i really appreciate it!

THanks ^^

Thank you! I'm glad you like it. 😊

This pack is not included in the previous Samurai Bundle, as it's a brand-new standalone asset pack. All of my Samurai packs are designed to work together, but each one is sold individually. I also continue to update previous packs with fixes, improvements, and sometimes even an additional color palette at no extra cost.

Yes, yes, sprite ratio, yes, they both fit together very well, it's just the background style that's different.

Yes! I'm actually almost finished with an interior map for the samurai theme. It will match the style of this asset pack and should be released soon. Thanks for your interest! 😊

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate your feedback, and I took 1upindie2's comment into consideration. Since then, all of my new tilesets have been made in 32x32 as the main size.

You  absolutely right, using 32x32 makes much more sense because it's easy to scale down to 16x16 with very little loss in quality, while also making the assets much easier to mix and match with other creators' work.

I'm also gradually updating some of my older 24x24 packs to 32x32, since I have quite a few older assets to revisit.

Thanks again for the great suggestion, and I'm really glad you enjoyed the bundle. It means a lot!

I believe I can make some simple enemies for this asset; I'll add them to the list to update it. Since this is a game jam, I don't think I have much time for this, so I'll start working on something now.

Thank you very much for the information, I appreciate having someone so attentive. I will respond if you need any changes, I have ideas for improvement, I am at your disposal ^^

Thank you so much! I'm really glad you liked it! 😊

Thanks a lot! 😄 I'm glad you like it!

Haha, good catch! I just fixed the typo to "Background", thanks for pointing that out.

As for the file format, I usually use .rar since it's been around since 1993 and is the format I normally package my assets in. Thanks for taking the time to install a tool to open it—I really appreciate it!

I also uploaded a .zip version to make things easier for you.

Hope you enjoy the asset! If you find anything else that could be improved, just let me know. 😊

Thanks, you so mush!

Thank you so much! I'm really happy to hear that!

I already have two more maps in the final stages of development. I just want to give them one last review before releasing them ^^
