pffft idk about all that but ty I played Cat Outta Hell and your run animations on your cat was perfection in my opinion the movement in the tail and everything I was definitely taking notes. Thank you for the kind words

I really liked this I concur with some of the sentiments being made about certain aspects being confusing at first which you know its a 10 day jam so really impressive regardless, but once I got the hang of it I really liked it reminds me of sort of crypt of the necro dance style movement without the rhythm parts and yeah, I thought it was really charming. Love the main character design and art in general. Animations looked really good and was overall just a fun experience.
Oh definitely of course the crypt of the necrodancer inspiration was there and I am a sucker for the punk aesthetic I was really happy to see another boss battle game cause thats what I ended up making too! so I was determined to beat it felt like the difficulty was perfect and the telegraphing of the attacks was spot on balance wise.
This was pretty great! It seems like there's a million different ways you could go with this project which i'd be curious where your heads at with it but I thought it was fun loop my brain was like I could see this kind of having strategy and possibly be a versus like either local pvp different units or structures or something like that eventually. I enjoyed this thoroughly! was a solid entry fits the theme nicely!
I mean where to start so many good things to talk about here. I think personally as much as the visuals are stunning the atmosphere and the sort of mystery is what really captivated me and I love the uncertainty and just the tone the game sets was really well done. I liked the expansion of the similar characteristics of papers please with the call and response feature managed to make a fairly complicated system fairly intuitive in 10 days so that's just beyond impressive.
I agree with others was slightly confused but once I got it I really liked it. Combining rhythm into almost a turn-based combat sort of thing was really cool reminded me of the little mini games in the Paper Mario series during combat. I love the aesthetics and art reminds me a lot of Crawl if you've played that.
Thank you for the feedback! That's good to note and I definitely wanted to add more in terms of getting damaged and damaging the boss so I totally agree there. I also feel bad I didn't get some I frames in for the bullets so you don't get triple tapped either by the same bullet or 3 at an intersection. I appreciate the kind words and great feedback though I'll fix the page design for the text right now as well.
